Can I make RETURNS?
ALL items purchased on Ash and Cort is non-refundable unless approved.
Please email info@ashandcort.com if you received a damaged item on shipment arrival.
What if my item arrives DEFECTIVE?
ASH and CORT wants you to be pleased with your adornments. We aim for high quality jewelry but every blue moon an item may not live up to our standards. We will honor any defective items and do what we can to make it right. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your adornment due to it being damaged upon arrival please email us immediately. info@ashandcort.com
What if my discount didn’t apply to my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to put in your discount code after your order has went through. Please be sure to double check that your discount is applied before checking out.
What happens if my order comes up as fraud risk?
If your order comes as medium or high risk for fraud we’ll ask you to verify your payment information by showing your name and the last four digits on your card. Once you confirm your payment your order will be processed.
If you can’t verify your payment information your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

How can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
How do I exchange my items?
We accept exchanges with gold filled jewelry within 5 days of you receiving your order if your items. Beaded jewelry cannot be exchanged/returned due to it being made per order.
Can I exchange or return sale items?
ALL sale items are FINAL sale unless approved by our team. Must be under 30 days. We will not exchange or return any items purchased over 30 days by any circumstance.
If you purchased your items with a discount they are final sale.
What if I never received my package?
ASH and CORT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon request we will confirm delivery to the address provided, tracking information and carrier information for you to investigate. If your package is lost or stolen no worries we insure all orders.
All packages are insured by shipsurance. If it's been 30 days and you haven't received your package because it was never delivered to you, we can start the process of filing a claim. It has to be over 30 days.
Can I get my jewelry repaired?
Jewelry is delicate and even the finest jewelry at some point may need repairs. We would be more than happy to repair your adornments for a small fee. This is case by case, not every adornment can be repaired. Please email your adornments that you would like repaired with pictures. Once the emailed is received our team will let you know if it's possible. EMAIL : info@ashandcort.com
Can I exchange my beaded necklace for a different size?
Please keep in mind that all beaded adornments are handmade to order and custom made to the size you selected. It takes time to remake beaded necklaces. Please do us a favor and select your correct size. If you need your beaded necklace resized there's a 20.00 remake fee plus shipping cost. Please email us to get your necklace remade for a different size at info@ashandcort.com
**Please do not ship your items to our address without approval with the intention to return and receive a refund. In the case that this happens, your items will not be shipped back unless shipping is paid for by the sender.
